Margarette stands as a proficient  leader in acute dialysis who possesses a deep drive and ambition, always eager to learn, grow, and achieve. Her steadfast commitment and leadership in patient care are evident through her role in executing policies and guidelines that prioritize patient well-being. Her depth of knowledge in dialysis nursing equips her to provide pivotal insights and deliberate decisions for those under her supervision.

Educational Background: Margarette received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington. Her academic journey also includes an Associate’s in Nursing from Grossmont College, an Associate’s in Transportation from the Community College of the Air Force, and Associate’s degrees in both Math and Science from Southwestern College.

Professional Journey: Boasting over 8 years in the dialysis arena, Margarette possesses an intricate grasp on the specific requirements of hemodialysis patients. Before her present assignment at Rensana, she held pivotal roles as an Acute Hemodialysis Nurse within the same institution and as Clinical Coordinator at Davita in San Diego. Here, she consistently displayed top-tier clinical prowess and organizational acumen, always placing patient care on a pedestal.

Diverse Endeavors: Outside the medical sphere, Margarette exemplifies her dedication to duty and leadership as a Traffic Management Officer with the Air Force Reserves.

Linda Plush, the esteemed founder and former president of the Space Nursing Society, currently holds the position of its Executive Director. In her diverse portfolio, Linda serves as the President and CEO of Plush Systems Inc., a company specializing in health education and consulting. Additionally, she is a pivotal partner at the Antelope Valley Kidney Institute.

For 15 years until 2010, Linda successfully led West Palm Inc., providing mobile acute dialysis services. As an Advanced Practice Nurse-CNS, she specializes in adult nursing and nephrology. Moreover, she has imparted knowledge and expertise as an adjunct instructor for several junior college nursing programs.

Linda’s commitment to the nursing field is evident in her memberships in prestigious nursing organizations. These include Sigma Theta Tau, ANA/c, the Rogerian Scholars, and the UK’s Royal Society of Health.
